What if my company has no clean data or ML team?
That’s the most common starting point. We start with a data audit, build the governance layer, and train your team in parallel with the first production case. You don’t need a pre-existing ML team — we build it.
How do you calculate the ROI of an AI project?
We agree on business KPIs before starting (hours saved, error reduction, conversion lift). We measure baseline and delta quarterly. If the ROI isn’t there, we iterate or stop.
Do you deploy in the cloud or on-prem?
Depends on the case. For healthcare, banking and government we favor on-prem with Dell PowerEdge + NVIDIA DGX. For less sensitive cases we use hybrid. As Dell Partner Services, we design the full stack.
Do you also implement IoT, automation and home automation?
Yes. We integrate LoRa/Mesh/Matter sensors, industrial PLC+SCADA and home automation platforms with our AI layer. AGUA.AI runs on this infrastructure. We also do edge computing with NVIDIA Jetson for local, low-latency compute.
What’s the difference between Tribucorp and a traditional consultancy?
We operate 23 in-house AI products (Med-IA, AGUA.AI, Boorie, JustAI, XpandU, TAAS, Refracta, Alchemist, Wize IA, etc). When we implement AI for you it isn’t theory — we give you the same patterns that run in our own verticals. Our teams keep AI running in production every day.
How long does it take to implement serious AI at a company?
First production case in 3–4 months. Mature platform with 3–5 cases operating in 9–12 months. Depends on data complexity, regulation and internal decision speed.
Do you use open source or proprietary models?
Whichever makes sense: LLaMA, Mistral, open-weight Qwen when we want full control; Claude, GPT-4, Gemini when we need the frontier; NVIDIA NeMo for enterprise fine-tuning. We decide based on privacy, total cost and domain quality.
